Recent passport-size photos meeting Schengen standards.

Travel insurance covering all Schengen countries, minimum coverage €30,000.

Itinerary: Flight reservations (round-trip) and hotel bookings or invitation letter.

Financial proof: Bank statements, payslips (last 3 months), tax records.

Cover letter explaining purpose of travel, finances, and intent to return.

Employment letter (if employed) with "No Objection" statement and leave approval for the trip.

Travel history: All stamped visa pages from previous travels.

Birth certificates for children traveling with you.

Marriage certificate if traveling with spouse.

All certificates must be signed and sealed by relevant authorities as true copies.

Documents should be verified and true copies where applicable.

Fees depend on visa category and appointment specifics.
